My Fitness Pal Calorie Counter App Personal

If someone told me to write down everything I eat on a daily basis, I think I would be able to do so for about a day. Anything more and it would take a miracle to get me track of anything. Thanks to technology we have phone apps to make life easier for everyone. The most recent app  that I use is by MyFitnessPal.com  and  it allows me to enter in what I ate for Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner, and guilty late night cravings. Once you enter your items it returns the nutrition information such as Calories, and the other useful info. The app has a lengthy database of foods, and if what you are looking for is not available you can snap a picture of the barcode and it will locate the item for you. You begin with answering a few questions to help create your profile by entering in you age, weight, and height. Next you select what your goals are for the amount of weight you would like to lose on a weekly basis, or just maintain. They ask for you to select the amount of activity you participate in on a daily basis, such as cube warrior, salesman, and a few others.  Using this information they will give you a daily allowance of calories for you to stay within, in order to meet your goals. If you go over your amount, it doesn't hurt to input that nightly walk/run to help you get under that calorie limit. Enough of the chatter, grab your phone, and open up your appstore to download MyFitnessPal.com to give it a spin! MyFitnessPal is a diet and fitness community built with one purpose in mind: providing you with the tools and support you need to achieve your weight loss goals.
