ClubBoost Jiu Jitsu Pearl Weave Gi’s are made with a strong tough cotton that’s pre-shrunk, however you can still expect 1%-3% shrinkage after the first wash.  Cotton is best washed manually through hand-washing. This is because it is prone to shrinkage. It is also best washed in cold water. Before hang drying your Gi, stretch it to help prevent shrinkage. While dealing with cotton clothes, always bear in mind that whatever you do they are still prone to shrinkage and so all the measures taken are simply aimed at delaying the shrinkage.
